Who we are

GuardBoard is a product of Albrighton Group Services Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 13057321. Registered office: Creative Industries Centre, Glaisher Drive, Wolverhampton Science Park, Wolverhampton WV10 9TG. ICO registration number ZB329521. We are the data controller for information sent through this website. Contact: app@guardboard.co.uk or 0333 577 1777.

What we collect and why

When you ask for a demo we receive your name, company, work email, and anything else you choose to give us (phone number, number of guards, a message). We use it only to reply to you and arrange your demo. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to an enquiry you made.

We keep demo enquiries for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, then delete them. We do not sell your details or use them for unrelated marketing.

Who handles it

The website is hosted by Vercel Inc. and enquiries are delivered to our mailbox hosted by Namecheap, Inc. Both act on our instructions. Where information is processed outside the UK, it is protected by the UK's approved safeguards.

This notice covers the public website only. The GuardBoard app has its own privacy notice, shown to every officer inside the app.

Cookies

This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics or advertising trackers. The page fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your device's IP address to deliver them.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by emailing app@guardboard.co.uk. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
