Do guards need to download an app?
No. GuardBoard opens from a link on any iPhone or Android phone, and guards can add it to their home screen so it opens like an app.
How do we get started?
Book a demo and we'll show you GuardBoard with your own sites in mind. We then set up your company account and help you add your sites and staff. Each guard is ready as soon as they set their password.
Can our clients see their reports?
Yes. Each client can sign in to the client portal and see only their own sites, logs and reports. You can also download branded PDF, Excel and CSV reports to send yourself.
Does it work with subcontracted guards?
Yes. Add suppliers and their guards, keep their documents and rates, and see monthly supplier statements and your margin by site.
Where is our data kept?
On professional cloud servers in Dublin, Ireland, in the European Union, with daily backups. Access is controlled by role, with 2-step verification for management.
